Our ‘No Quibbles’ Returns

We want you to love your Seasalt purchase. If it’s not quite right, return it within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unworn, clean, and with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (swimwear must have hygiene strips intact) 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or legal reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Earrings, underwear, tights, or cosmetics (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (e.g., discounted 60%+) 

How to Return

  1. UK Orders:
    • Use our digital QR code returns portal (no printed labels needed).
    • Drop off at any Royal Mail Post Office.
  2. International Orders:
    • Process returns via Global-e (free express returns available) .
  3. In-Store Returns:
    • Return online orders to any Seasalt shop (with proof of purchase) .

Refunds

  • Processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable .

Exchanges

  • Online: Not available—return for a refund and place a new order.
  • In-Store: Exchanges subject to stock availability .

Faulty Items?

Report defects within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or full refund.
